Love this place. I find the dinner menu better than the brunch one but lots of vegan and gluten free options. The staff is wonderful too.

The food is terrible. Over cooked over fried. Gross. Coffee is watery. Service unavailable. I wasn't even expecting anything mind blowing, I knew I was coming to a low key breakfast spot, and even still was really disappointed. Don't eat here- it sucks

After seeing upwards of 10 cockroaches running around our booth, we alerted the staff of the issue. They were apathetic to say the least, saying that the cockroaches were a continuing issue and had survived several fumigations. The manager didn't even come out to apologize or offer a discount because this had happened so much to them (according to our server).
The restaurant is filthy - if there were 10 cockroaches in our booth, just imagine the state of the kitchen where the food is being prepared.
Horrendous restaurant, management and cleanliness. Avoid this place!

Used to be great, but in the past year or so the food quality has really gone downhill. Paid $12 for a single, dry pancake with a few slices of poached pear on top. Maple syrup was an extra $2. Very disappointing.
Service has always been slow, and it's hit or miss whether you get someone friendly or not.
The past few times I've been there, I've been very disappointed. Will not be back.

Tasty grub, extremely kind staff, sometimes stays open late if it's trivia night. Menu is very thoughtfully done comfort food. Poutine and mac and cheese were perfect. Nothing astounding but better than you'd expect for a neighbourhood pub.
