A great patio in the beaches. We stop by here often on a Saturday after a bike ride, to enjoy a Lion lager. They have a nice selection of craft beers and excellent fish tacos with guacamole, and a mean veggie burger..great service and good food. Definitely worth checking out.
Visited again and tried the vegetable samosas. $5.00 for 3 medium sized samosas. Not oily and a potato and pea with turmeric filling. Flavorful but would prefer a more authentic green chutney or tamarind sauce instead of the Sweet plum styled sauce. A great bite sized appetizer for one..Their Lion lager is nice.

The pub has a great view of Queen street while you're eating or just enjoying a drink. The food is decent, but nothing stood out too much for me. A lot of drink options available though.

Seated promptly on the patio at 6 on the Beaches Jazz Festival weekend. Ordered vegetarian burger on ciabatta with side crispy chickpea slaw salad and 1/2 pint Mill St West Coast IPA, which were all recommendations. Friendly server checked several times throughout the meal. New bar has been installed on patio. Music was upbeat with a relaxed atmosphere.

My girlfriend and I stopped into this place last night following the Jazz Fest in the beach and had a terrific time from start to finish. The service from all staff was great. The food was delicious as was the white Sangria (trust me, it's stronger than you think... just keep drinking!). The atmosphere was awesome and it's always a nice touch when you're seated in a really good table. Our waitress, Laura, did a fantastic job of ensuring that we were well looked after. Overall a great time out, so glad we stopped by. PS - try the Korean Short Ribs, they're awesome!!
