Worst. Experience. Ever. Customer service was just god awful. I was able to return the car a day early and they refused to charge me for a day less. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Never renting from here again.
Update: I filed a formal complaint to the Dollar head office about this. To my confusion I discovered I was charged $2 less then what I was quoted for the full two days. Apparently when corporate contacted this branch the General Manager informed him that he only charged me one day and 3 hours of overtime claiming I returned the car two hours later then I did. Luckily I had saved my receipt from the gas station I had filled up at (in accordance with the sign posted at the front desk of the dollar office) which was time stamped. I provided this receipt to corporate to prove that their employee was lying about when I returned the car and knowingly overcharged my account (I'm fairly certain this constitutes fraud). After recieving this new information they simply back-pedalled and said one day rentals are unavailable. Making this statement is completely ridiculous since they charged me for ONE DAY, and then lied about the return time in order to tack on two hours of late fees. So disgusting. This is theft. Plain and simple.
