Nice, cozy, AND fancy theatre. It has a classical opera type architecture. I signed up for a contest on BlogTO and surprisingly won tickets to see the movie "Miss Sloane" in early 2016. Low and behold they were tickets for the premiere and Jessica Chastain and the director John Madden were there for a Q and A session at the end! They even let me take a picture with them! The entire experience was so pleasant! First time ever at that theatre, first time winning free tickets from a random drawing contest, first time shaking Jessica and John's hands!

I've seen everything from comedy shows to drama performances to academic lectures here. This is a good mid-sized theatre, with very comfy seats. It's owned by the University of Toronto.

Nice venue, no coat check in or drink bar, but every time I visit I enjoy the performances and theater just fit the bill nicely
