The dentists here are masters of their craft. The customer service is very pleasant too. Very convenient for anyone without insurance, as well, due to their 0% interest payment arrangements. They cater to your needs like no other dentist! Highly recommend!

it's a very good dental centre. the staffs are really nice and friendly. they answer all my question clearly so i can understand. they called me several times to confirm the appointment since i didn't answer the first few calls, they kept calling to confirm it with me.

I was satisfied with the experience I had with the dentist; however, had an issue when using my UofT student insurance with the front desk. As a UofT student I would recommend visiting clinics that are more student-friendly.

This used to be a great clinic, but it seems they have had several owner changes. Last time I was inundated with countless text messages, phone calls, and emails to confirm my appointment, event AFTER I had confirmed on multiple platforms. I've also been booked into appointments that I have not confirmed availability. I think the dentists are ok, but front desk staff are not very efficient or organized, which makes the experience less than desirable.
Raymond, the hygienist is the only reason I still go here, and why it's 2 stars, but I'm definitely considering another dentist.

The promotion email and phone calls are simply too much. I even got a call when outside of Canada, causing me international roaming charges. And the staff gives me inconsistent information before and after a dental therapy, forcing me to pay them the amount they wanted.
