I called Altima to see if I could book an appointment for an issue I had. They were willing to see me the same day; but I had requested the next, and so they were able to accommodate my requested.
When I arrived the registration was simple and the staff very friendly.
I saw Dr. Lee and she was able to correct my problem, so much so that the next day I was back to normal :)

Among many other issues, I had visible ''rampant caries'' across all of my front teeth. I came in embarrassed I had neglected my oral health for so long. The dentist sat me and the first thing she told me was: ''There is no reason to feel bad. I'm here to help'''. A few weeks have passed and a brand new smile and a tons more confidence later, I am so happy I dealt with ''people people''.

Overall a great office for all dental needs under one roof. They do not overcharge as my previous downtown dental office did. I have had the same awesome dentist for years. Staff is very friendly. Accountability for everything. It feels like they are in this for more than the money. They remembered my wedding and the dental professionals are extremely knowledgeable. Quality of work is strong. I only wish I was informed of which hygienist I am seeing as they sometimes did not inform me prior. I have let them know and that mistake has not happened since.
