I have been going here for almost 5 years now. They were mostly fine. Not great, just no issues other than having to wait around atleast 15 mins most times I had an appointment. I didn't think much of it. The last time I went, my partner went as well. I realized I was charged more even though my visit took less time than him. When I looked into what I was charged, I realized I was charged for 1 hour of the hygienist's time on top of another portion for the dentist. I know for a fact I was there for 30 mins. This included cleaning, waiting around for dentist, dentist coming around and telling me the standard thing he has told me for 5 years, me paying and leaving the premise. They didn't see me till 15 mins past my appointment (as per usual) and I was specially nervous because I had another appointment coming up soon. So I was well aware of how long I spent there exactly.
When I called in to check on this, I was told that the hygienist spent the additional time looking over records. 40 - 45 mins of reading up on file for a 15-20 mins of cleaning?? I have never heard of this before. The thing that bothers me more than anything else is that I have never checked my bill until now. I just blindly trusted. I have no idea how many times I was overcharged.
Suffice to say, I wont be going back.

This is a great place! Fast but efficient service. Everyone is happy and greets you with a smile. Prices are fair even for dental work.
