Friendly and flexible staff, very punctual which I appreciated. Lots of communication and explanation about the variety of treatment options. Highly recommended!

Great staff. Using it for IUI and I don't feel like just a number; my Dr. really listens to me. I appreciate the efficiency and organization of it all (including booking appointments and cycle monitoring). My questions get answered right away. Notes from the meetings I have with my doctor are aways sent to me right after. I don't give it a 5 because I've heard from other people they don't get the same kind of service. So they may need to work on being consistent.

Despite being a hannam patient of a funded IVF treatement, they still charge thousands of dollars for medication and optional screening (7k or 13k). I understand they are a premium clinic with one of the best labs, so they charge a premium rate. However their service and consideration for their patients feels like a corporate machine.
The trade off of being the recipient of heavy government subsidies and fundings is the loss of a personal connection and a packed waiting room of girls. It certainly seems like the more patients they can bring on, the better for their clinic, despite the proper infrastructure to accommodate. Wait times can be up to 2.5 hours! They have 1 nurse in on weekends managing all IVF patients, who have all paid thousands of dollars and selected hannam over the other clinics. They surly have the funding to ensure more than 1 nurse is on staff everyday of the week.
