Had a sharp pain in my.lower abdomen. I went to the hospital to get an ultrasound sound. I went back to Dr Zakir to let him know. He told me I had woman problem. Prescribed a bunch of pain killer and that was it.
A year later I went to a new doctor and found out the issue with further testing and blood work. I don't find him good at all.

A very good experience. I was cranky and not feeling well, dismayed that at 10 am the line was long and the waiting room crowded. Annoyed that I had to sit under a tv blaring Bollywood. BUT Dr Zaki was experienced and informative. He was quick to diagnose the problem and confident in his diagnosis. He knew exactly what to prescribe. [Just two days before my family doctor had treated me for the same thing and had to look up various prescription choices on his computer. In the end, my family doctor’s script hadn’t worked which is why I was in a clinic at 10 am on a Saturday morning. ] Dr Zaki also had a lot more advice about treating my symptoms than just the prescription.

The wait to see him was over an hour — acceptable for a walk in clinic. And it was good to have an experienced physician who knew what he was looking at and how to treat it. I’d use this walk in clinic again.

I went to this clinic many times and I had always a bad experience for a reason or for another. They schedule a lot of appointments and they can't keep the rhythm so they always run late, if you have an appointment prepar yourself to wait up to at least one hour.
There is just one lady at the reception that actually knows what she's doing: the others have no clue or are unbelievably rude. One once printed me and handed me the blood tests results of another patient cause she couldn't find mines... their organization it's poor and they leave you waiting for your turn for hours during walk ins in a freezing cold room.
And then, when you finally succeed to see the doctor he will be rushing to make you go away and he'll prescribe you medications without performing any check or carefully explaining or listening to you just, everything to rush you out the room and take the next patient.
Bad. Bad. Bad.

This is my worst experience that I have been to walk in clinic... female Doctor and receptionists are always make a mistake and never say sorry... and I always have to wait more than 2 hours.. terrible walk in clinic I've been to......

The blonde woman receptionist who works on the second floor is the rudest person. How she's allowed to deal with customers is mind blowing.
