I am new to Canada, and had a rough start to begin my career here. It was a breath of fresh air, when I stepped into HSBC and been assisted by a very outstanding team of customer relationship managers and tellers that assisted me in getting started right back on track for starting a career here in Canada. Thank you to the HSBC 150 Bloor St W branch. It was a pleasure to have been in service by your outstanding team!

Very poor service, they did a mistake with my wiry transfer after had a mistake when they was consulting ne ragarding wire transfer recall, moreover I had to to call them severals times, came into the office 3 times and sent 4 email just to get in touch regarding to one wire tranfer.
If you have a chanse I would suggest to avoid this branch.

The location is great and easy to find. Awesome customer service, very polite and explained patiently. Great experience.

Horrible branch. Witnessed someone trying to access their money and being treated as if they were a criminal, all happening beside me. Furthermore, from my own experience there's no customer service from the tellers or management/ supervisory team.

Worst bank ever. People here are clueless and even derisive. I tried to open small business account...too much headache, totally not worth it. No parking either.
