The worst insurance company I've ever met. My mom visited us acouple months ago and we bought her a insurance plan from them. She was encountering dome health issues while in Canada, she was brought to the hospital emergently. The bill was 3000. We sent everything to their claim department by mail, waited for 4 weeks with no response so we had to call them but they replied they didnt receive anything from us ???????. Afterward, we faxed every docs to them and got a refusal answer, they made up every excuse to not paying back us the hospital fee. Finally my friend, a lawyer sent them an appeal/explanation letter and took us 3weeks to get back a partial money. What a great experience with Ingle. I wont recommend anyone with this company again

Great company with a variety of options for Canadians, international travellers, and students. Their staff is very knowledgeable and will give you honest information about coverage for pre-existing medical conditions. they are also great at explaining how coverage works. I have bought their travel insurance for long and short trips outside of Canada, as well as for my mom, who is a visitor to Canada.

I paid $246.37 CAD for 68 days coverage - can't say how I am disappointed and upset now.
I removed mole in May (I was in my country I didn't buy insurance) and I bought insurance in June when I came to Canada. On the same place mole started to grow again in August. I wrote them on Wednesday to notice that I will go to physician on Friday, they replied and everything was good until on Friday morning (!) I received email with refusal.
Growth of mole is serious and request immediate reaction, but they refused to cover my visit to physician.
Fortunately my coverage ends in September, I will be careful this time and select better company for the next year. Do not recommend Ingle International and I will tell to all of my international friends (I have them a lot) about my experience. Happy that I didn't buy it for the whole year.
I got a call from Ingle on Monday, August 21 about my review and they said that they refused it because of 90 days "waiting period", BUT I realized only after call that MORE THAN 90 DAYS ARE GONE since I had a treatment. So they just try to find a reason why they refused. Looks very unprofessional.
I remove mole on May 7th and I requested coverage on Wednesday 16th. If we count it 102 days.
Firstly the reason was "ongoing/recurrent treatment" and "pre-existing medical condition". Now its "waiting period", very interesting what they will say next.
They didn't fix the problem, they made it even worse.

Less than 1 star. They literally do everything they can to find excuses not to cover you. They changed management recently and have been absolutely horrendous. From customer service to covering individuals, spend the money and get a better plan. This company is horrible.
