my car was in an accident a few years back, and somethings we never estimate, at times i know when people ask me, why do you pay so high insurance, i keep telling them, what if i need it, i want all included, when car got into accident- it did not matter if it was at fault or not, at the time, but meloche monnex, kept in touch through the process, made sure we driver and passengers are okay, and asked if we need any other help, i got car rental promptly and awesome support, as they called and asked how things were going, did i need any other help. first time experience with insurance company and it went so well, after teh incident we are not in a state of making desicions, the cops, witness everything gets too complicated.
but was blessed with awesome support for meloche, and the Cops on site.

I have had an incredible experience with Meloche Monnex. When I moved to Ontario from BC and didn't know exactly how to insure my vehicle and get it road-ready the people at Meloche Monnex helped me with understanding everything... even things that they didn't have to (how to pass emissions tests, where to register my car etc.,). They are also SO polite and SO helpful - they take their time to help you understand things. You're dealing with real people when you're on the phone with them - so I've given them 5-stars, mostly based on customer service experiences.

My experience is with a not at fault claim. They ripped me off I didn't get my car brought back to my original condition prior to the accident. They denied repairing damage that made the car not drivable the drivers side seat was damaged and they refused to replace it. The seat was damaged during the collision. On the care side they denied every expense including my ambulance fee to the hospital on the day of the collision which they had sent me a letter prior to denying stating it was covered. I tried contacting them through multiple channels and all resulted in a agents that simply don't care or don't have any ability to help. Based on my experience the coverage they offer was the equivalent of having absolutely none. I have given them multiple opportunities to avoid court but they simply don't care and are used to manipulating the legal system it's just part of the business. In my opinion they allocate most of their resources to deny help versus actually helping the client. For example they spent 10k repairing my car but will spend more than double that defending the lawsuit I bring to them. It seems petty that they would actually spend 10k on a partial repair and deny any additional coverage. Legally what they did was brilliant they minimized my claim spending as little as possible and making it difficult in court for me. Terrible company any other insurance company is better than this as this is the equivalent to not being insured. This company behaviour should be criminal! Avoid them at all costs!

they gave me a rental car for a week for a not-at-fault repair
for not-at-fault claims they are amazing, i haven't had any at-fault claims so I can't speak on that
