Had someone shoot a rock at my car due to negligence while cutting their grass. Insurance initially said deductible wouldn't be an issue, 6 months later of back and forth they say the deductible cannot be waived and that's all they can do after being transferred multiple times to new agents. Waste of time and insurance company

Jordan Pritchard is in my opinion the person you don't want overseeing your claim. You could also add nick Walsh and Bridgett Borque to that list.

Don't ever get insurance from this company they are most rootless unethical company I have ever worked with .

I would not reccommend Travellers insurance to anyone. They simply do not care about their consumers. I was deemed at 100% fault for an accident, the OPP officer did not even issue a ticket. More over , there were no letters, emails, phone calls from the insurer regarding the claim. I found out about this when i bought a new car and was getting a insurance quote. The company i worked for had worked out a deal out with the broker by putting me ( the driver) at fault and saving company cvor points and insurance record simply because i am not employed by them and it doesn't affect them. ( Broker Jones Deslauriers Ins Mgt Inc ) . This company has failed to inform me or even ask questions about the accident and determined fault on their own. It has caused frustration and stress in my life and i will seek legal action.

Car was written off May 31st.
I paid a year in advance and still had 10 months in my term. Have been trying to request a cancellation and return of my premium since then and keep getting the run around. Now I'm told they can only back date 30 days and I pay 3 months of premiums for a car that isn't on the road. This is extremely unethical.
