I have practiced yoga over the last 10 years and I have to say that the studio at One Tiger Yoga is one of best studios for many reasons. The staff is fabulous. The hot room is kept clean at all times. The showers and change rooms are great . The teachers are second to none and offer help when needed. The location is central and has free parking. This is very important for me because I don't want to pay for parking every time I come to class. The yoga community at One Tiger Yoga is very welcoming and I have made many new friends. I would not hesitate to recommend this studio to anyone that is thinking of trying out yoga for the first time as well as experienced yogis looking for a new studio to further their journey.

I’ve been going to this studio for some time and it’s my favourite yoga studio. The space itself is clean and inviting. The staff are friendly and there is a variety of class options. The instructors all are excellent; they are very knowledgeable and all seem to genuinely help others explore their yoga practice no matter what their experience or skill level.

I'm on my 2nd month of yoga at One Tiger and it has been an amazing experience so far. It took me a couple weeks to really get comfortable with the routines - so if you're new to yoga then don't be afraid, you eventually will get the hang of it. The facility is SUPER clean, there are showers and yoga mat & towel rentals available which is useful if you ever forget your equipment. The staff are all extremely friendly and happy to see you and they're pretty helpful during class as well. Considering the benefits of yoga for your body and mind it is worth the time and money and I wouldn't recommend any other place except this to go to.

I am new to hot yoga and One Tiger Yoga has been a great place to start. There are many choices of classes and The Studio is inviting. The instructors are amazing. There is always a smile to greet you which sets the tone for a great practice. One Tiger Yoga is a must try!

My friend gave me a present for a month of unlimited yoga classes at one tiger and have tried it and totally LOVED IT!!! I have always loved hot yoga and has stopped for a while!!! It was so good to return and have it at one tiger. Way way better than where I used to go. It is so HIP and people are just so friendly and helpful!!!! Highly recommended!!!
