Nice neighborhood gym. Lacks some equipment but it does the job. Centennial College students work out for free.

This review is more for Trux than it is for Frogs.. but it was really disappointing to find out the gym was closed by showing up to boarded-up front doors.. with a phone number that goes to no one.. I've been a paying member of Frogs gym from even before it was Frogs.. MANY years ago.. just simply disappointed.. this isn't how business should be done. Am I even still a member? Who knows!

Gym is closed. No explanation, no email or phone call. They took money out of my account Sept. 1 and I am watching to make sure no more is taken out. I also have 2 personal training sessions that I have not used up nor have I been reimbursed for them. I want to quit my membership with them but nobody answers the phone and there is no way to contact them! What kind of customer service is this?!

Have been going here since January and was happy with the results. Ownership changed from FROG's to TRUX and now has been closed for over a week without any explanation. Looks like it's time for a new gym. Shame!

Been going there for over 4 years! Absolutely no frills, friendly and for those truly into workouts. The trainers are excellent.
It is August, it changed owners and went to hell fast! I had to quit after five years. The really agitated woman, who told me was the new owner, could not answer basic questions and was disrespectful--destroyed the good will of the place in 5 minutes. :(
