The only redeeming quality I have had at this place is a financial advisor named Katy. She always brightens my day. So 5 stars for her.
The manager is extremely misreable, and refuses to deal with customers in a professional matter. I have seen her antagonize customers and hold up general procedures just to be catty. The one time she has tried to be remotely human and relatable, was so forced and awkward that I honestly felt pity.
The front desk staff are generally helpful, however many times they try cowing me into using the damned ATM machines. I honestly enjoy my time waiting in line getting caught up on podcasts, news, and albums. I try and make my visits with them as quick as possible.
The one star is more for the attitude of the manager, and the general assumption I don't know what I am doing when I ask a teller to deposit my money.

Bad attitude from the from desk! Asked if i can have some water for my dog, while i was using their atm, and the male at the front desk told me to go across the street if i want water..its not even the fact that they did'nt have any water for customers, but the way he formulated and the tone of his voice. With so kuch compatition around it makes one think to change banks.

Wrong hours posted on their site online and actual. Wednesday closes at 5 not 8pm. I was not able to get my bank draft from there as a result as it was sent to that branch.
