Took my 4.5 month old mini golden doodle here for her first grooming ever. She came out looking great and still wagging her tail, which is a good sign in my books. You can definitely tell the groomer is patient and loves animals.

I took my dog Julie to this groomer when they first opened it was my dogs first time being groom and the experience was amazing. My dog isn't scared to get groomed anymore and she always comes back looking perfect. A few months ago I brought my older dog Toby whom is extremely aggressive when uncomfortable they handled him with ease and I was so thrilled my dogs came back looking very beautiful. And I was shocked that Toby hadn't gotten into any trouble I highly recommend this groomer. They are so good I have only ever had my dogs groomed by them

Looking for a new groomer closer to home, I made an appointment here for my 5-year old golden retriever. It's a small shop is in basement of the Aura building, I used the unit numbers to find it as it is not obvious where it is at first. My dog got a wash, dry, and trim. Grooming service was excellent, friendly, and on time. I got a text message reminder the morning of the appointment and I got another text message when she was ready for pick-up. It took about 2 hours start to finish and the price was comparable to other places I've been. My dog was clean, soft, and happy at the end of the visit. The trim was exactly as I had requested. I would definitely come back.

Had my mini poodle groomed here for his first groom. He is a special soul as he was acquired from animal services. It went great! He looked fantastic! Even came with a tie! The owner was also great and let him hang out while I ran some errands. We will go back!
