A medium sized store with good selection, nice staff. Unfortunately kind of expensive. Example: bought a crate there, then checked their website and it was listed as $20 cheaper, for some reason.

Pet Value is a great store where I have purchased small animals and supplies in the past. To my surprise there seems to be a disconnect with pet maintenance at this store. There were Beta fish containers that had very dirty water, brown and opaque. None of the fish were swimming. They were either pressed against the glass or floating at the top, dead, or sunk to the bottom dead. I told a worker at the store there that the water was brown and he said "We were suppose to clean the water yesterday." The water seemed way past a day overdue. These animals were dying. While i was at the store the owner removed two dead fish. There were also cats. Two cats were put into one cage that seemed overcrowded. There is not enough room for these cats to live a happy and healthy life being caged in a very small living area. To make it worse the living location was right by the refrigerator so it was making a loud buzzing sound so that the cats were unable to get sleep. The cat's cage was stinky and too small for two cats to be living in. This store seems unable to treat the animals responsibly and perhaps should only sell food, not animals.

My Puppy loves this place... staff are great and very helpful. They make an effort to remember people and their fur kids by name. 5*.

I've only had excellent service at this store.
They carry terrific cat climbers at reasonable prices and most importantly they genuinely care about animals.
