Great service, very pleasant staff, amber is the best and after having tried physio at other "renowned" places, she is the first person to make me feel better.

I have been going to this clinic for several months now. Not once did I have a bad experience. They are professional and their service extends to making sure you feel better during and after treatment. Every single employee has had nothing but a positive attitude and I have always felt welcomed here. My injuries have come a long way and I couldn't be happier to recommend my physiotherapist, Amber, to anyone. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help in a variety of way. I am very happy with this choice!

Previous 5 star reviews had me confident that this is the clinic for me. It is without a doubt unfortunate I just did not have the same experience. I had a couple of encounters of rude customer service at the front desk (Angela). Barb was great, however. Zero empathy for victim in pain. Scheduling clients is a job responsibility of the staff and not one that should be spoken as an inconvenience when clients need adjusting or request scheduling. To be fair: I rated two stars because my initial appointment booking experience was a mediocre one. I hope this review will serve as a reminder that this is a service based industry. Most MVA victims are undergoing heavy amounts of stress... the purpose of giving business to your clinic is to lift some stress off, not the contrary.

I liked the animated instructions provided for home exercise, and how the knowledgeable staff cheerfully answered all my questions. I was thoughtfully guided each step of the way; they went above and beyond to ensure I could get back to life faster!
