I loved my facial, here I hadent had one in over a year and defenitely needed some tlc. Everyone there is so friendly and my skin feels amazing now. And their new spa is HUGE and so beautiful.Seriously I have been to a couple of spas in yorkville so far and this one is the best.Cant wait to go back!

Amazing spa experience! We went to this after FabFind had a fantastic deal for a facial ($35 for 1 hour 15 min facial), and left absolutely relaxed and happy. I was treated by the lady named Liesl, and I highly recommend her! Facial is recommended on the spot based on your skin needs/condition. I only took 1 star off because their receptionists are bizarre - they cannot get the appointment time/date correct and have problems with booking 2 people at the same time (we went with a friend as a girly date). Otherwise - if I can afford to go back, I most def will!

Went for my first visit yesterday - they booked me in on short notice for a "Ritual" Pedicure and it was great. Friendly staff offered tea, used wonderful Gehwol foot products, asked about temperature of bath water and hot towels, gave silence when needed. I really enjoyed the experience in this nice, private salon.
My only complaint - the wicker chairs you sit in for the pedicure have mushy cushions, which was a little uncomfortable for an hour of sitting if you're short and your lower back doesn't reach the back of the chair.
