Thank you for your response. I to run businesses and I never write bad reviews about business owners because I know how hard I've worked to get where I am today. However your lack of communication and not updating me on the specialist not being able to provide a service, wasted my time, which is something you should know as a business owner time is money. Anyways, good luck with everything and I hope you learn from this experience.

Do NOT go to this LASER HAIR Clinic! They are so unprofessional. They only take bookings through text messaging. They're slow to respond they give you the run around. I had an appointment at 1:45pm the lady text me at 2:00pm saying the specialist to do my laser can't make it and I need to reschedule. They never answer the phone it's just terrible business. once the customer service is bad IM OUT! Do NOT go here ladies!

I have been going to Niya for years and I absolutely love it! I have seen such a difference in hair growth and the prize is great as well. Love everything about this place :)
