Went for botox here. I am satisfied. I got the botox in august and it's just starting to give out now (November) they followed up with me which I appreciated. The only downside is I had a droopy eye a little bit. I contacted them about it and they said it was because I only did my forehead and not my eyes... but if that was the case wouldn't both of my eyes been droopy? Anyway, not super dissatisfied with it, but wouldn't go back. I also told a doctor friend about my botox and how many units they injected me with. He said they way oversold me and he would only put that much in like a man. I am a feminine looking woman, so really I mean who knows what happened there. Overall, I do believe the experience could have been worse. The nurse was super friendly who did my botox.

I am a long standing client of this medical spa. I started coming here in my early 30's as a preventative measure. Ten years later (wow) I am still a happy client! The ladies at this facility are like family. The owner is always on top of new treatments and products (yes, I've tried everything lol). I am now 44 and often get complimented on my healthy looking skin - I tell people "I wasn't born with it - its Skin Vitality!). Highly recommend Skin Vitality and I am happy to pass on my feedback to anyone who will listen.

I will not recommend this place to my worse enemy. I went there for laser hair removal for my chin and upper lip. I got sever burns on my face and was in a lot of pain during and after the procedure. Now half of my face is badly scarred. I don't feel pretty anymore and my fiance looks at me differently. This happened 2 weeks ago and I've been crying every night since it happened. I have to put heavy make up because the scars are so black after a short period of time the make up will come off a bit and it looks like I have a permanent mustache and beard. They gave me a refund but did not offer to fix it even though they have the tools to do it because it will be more expensive for them. The scar is so deep, big and dark I know it will be on my face for years. I don't know what to do.

I would give them zero stars. Very unprofessional and do not respect their clients time. I was booked for a consultation appointment at 2:00 pm, I waited and waited for an hour and a half it was 3:30 pm and they were not able to tell me how much more is the wait. This is totally unacceptable! If you guys know what you're doing you should be able to properly schedule your appointments. Do you think we have nothing to do in our lives other than sitting there at your clinic and wait until you figure out your sporadic schedule??? They did not even apologize when I decided to leave after an hour and half wait! People out there, do not waste your time in this place. A complete NO NO.
