I had a shellac manicure and a 10 minute neck and shoulder massage ($42 total). Both of which, I think were well done and very affordable! My nails look basically perfect and they took their time. My neck and shoulders feel awesome! The massage was a little rough but I trusted her and the specific style of massage they do (thai); and I came out feeling wonderful. Maybe previous/unhappy reviewers simply were not expecting that type of massage but it was just what I needed.

The faculty was clean, smelled nice, and there was soft and relaxing music. I really couldn't complain. Of course, the staff was friendly, but professional... they chatted between themselves as I was worked on. I think that is acceptable. I will be returning again.

The reviews are correct. Please avoid this place. Will never go back.

Poor customer service, big language barrier and bad attitude. If you're lucky you get what you ask for with an I don't care/indifferent attitude. Massage was horrible, who knows how they got the massage therapy license.

Terrible experience. I regularly go to nail salons for the past 3 years and this one by far has been the worst service. I called in advance for a uv refill with regular polish and asked how much it was and they told me 25 (which is a standard nail salon price.) When I arrived, I waited for so long and 1 lady working there was not doing any nail work on anyone. Another customer came (she didn't have an appointment) and they directed her to a chair before helping me out. The customer saw in my face how frustrated I was and said that I was there first and that's when the worker decided to help me with my nails. Firstly, this worker didn't know what she was doing. I told her I wanted regular nail polish and she said I can only get shellac with uv gel. Which is false. After telling her that I want regular and not shellac, she told me that it's an extra 5 dollar for regular polish. Keep in mind, I called the spa and asked how much it was for a uvgel refill with regular polish and they told me 25.
This is when I knew she was lying and trying to get more money off me. I told her the shape I wanted and showed her pictures. I already had a uv gel extensions and this lady said that I don't have uv gel on my nails. When I know for a fact I did. She continued to give me attitude and talk in another language about me which is not good customer service. She was going so fast and didn't even buff my nails so by the time I was done, my old uv gel and the new uv gel that she put on was not blended in well. So there was a bump in the middle of every nail. 5 days after getting them done, my nails were already separating and one nail came off so easily. I called them and told them everything that happened and the manager said she will refund me 10dollars!?!? I payed 30 dollars for ugly nails and this lady doesn't apologize or not even give me half my money back. I called them again saying that I'm in the area and asked if I can pick up the 10 dollars they said they will give me. And the same lady I was talking to was saying that I can't get a refund because she doesn't remember me. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and started to raise my voice and stand up for myself. I told her I have pictures of my nails and I will come into your nail salon. Then that's when she realized I was not playing. As I got to the nail salon, I didn't even have to say who I was. She remembered my face. Gave me a lot of attitude and handed me the 10 dollars. I had to sign a form and because she treated me so bad and didn't even apologize, in front of her customers i showed her the pictures and I said "since you don't believe me, this is how bad my nails were and this was 5 days after getting my nails done here". She brushed it off and I left. I wish I said something else. But at the end of the day, it is what it is. I will neverrrr go to that salon again.

The worst experience ever!!! Angel as I understood is the owner of this salon did the lashes for me. First of all it took her 1 hour and 15 min. She was in a rush. I am wearing contacts and I asked her should I take it out she said you will be fine. So after that 1.15 min I opened my eyes and it was red. The next day I woke up the eyes are still red and the eyeballs were very sore. It was really hard to move it. So I came back and she said it is normal reaction to the patches!!! Whaaaat??? She did not ask me if my eyes are sensitive ( probably She needs to use the different glue), she was in hurry even did not answer all my questions.
