I have been a customer of Alleen's for over 30 years now - every time I move, they are are the first people I call to make sure my home looks like a home. They just completed the window coverings for my new home, and they turned a "normal" space into a piece of art. Harry helped me choose products which brought life to all the rooms, and dressed them in a way that enhanced the colours. And the price was reasonable with amazing personalized service. The attention to detail was phenomenal - the staff at Alleen's are pros. They returned my calls right away to book appointments, ask about installation, and follow up with my questions. If you want top design, and a very competitive price (and great service), then truly there is nowhere else to shop. They have two incredible showrooms in Toronto, and I was then able to shop at home with colour catalogues after I choose the products. I am thrilled with my window coverings - I received the products quickly, and the installation was quick and neat. The installer cleaned up after himself and left absolutely no mess. Harry, Melanie, Sonya and the staff at Alleen's get a 10 out of 10 from me. My new house looks amazing.

The staff are professional and their product knowledge is excellent.I rely on them to point out the benefits and the drawbacks of the different products, to measure and install.The product range is extensive and they offer a variety of brands....and I am thrilled with the pricing.

3 weeks ago I came to Alleen’s for my daughter bedroom. It’s a beautiful bay window on the 3rd floor. I was not sure what would work the best and I had been to another company who recommended roller blinds but the staff at Alleen’s took the time to advise me about the product and the fact that it would let a lot of light through the gaps! I was grateful as it is a bedroom and I wanted to keep out the light.
Great staff who takes time to explain the details. I will be sure to return to Alleen’s and use them for my next project in the spring.

Took 4 months and hundreds of calls to get order completed correctly. They got the order wrong 3 times - drapes the wrong length, sent wrong hardware for one window and the wrong blind for another. We expected a lot more for $8,000. Save yourself the headaches and go elsewhere. Customer service was almost non -existent once they got the deposit. I'd call to ask about the status of the order, was told by Sonia she'd check into it and call back, but she never did. Finished product ok, but could have got the same without the hassles elsewhere.

I am a very satisfied customer of Alleen's. I was impressed by the friendly staff service, exceptional product selection and their shop-at-home program was very helpful to easily select the right blinds for my home. Being a first time home buyer was overwhelming: I had to stick to a limited budget. Alleen's not only offered me a budget friendly but a super easy to use roller blinds - I really like the simplicity of the roll up blinds and yet the elegant look. Delivery and installation were fast and done in a professional way.
I would definitely recommend Alleen's Windows to my friends
