I'd give no stars if that was an option. Under no circumstances should you buy anything from this store if you can't take it right away. They'll estimate 6-8 weeks for production but actually take 8 or 9 MONTHS. They were late on EVERYTHING I ordered and made significant mistakes on the order (a couch set arrived in different heights - no one bothered to check it!). Twice their delivery guys failed to show up at all - no phone call or anything. While the store staff seem to be nice, they aren't responsive and come up with lots of excuses as to why they aren't responsive. The customer service department refused numerous times to apologize or accept responsibility for the multitude of problems. All in all, a very very painful experience.

A bit overpriced for the quality of the modern furniture. However, try their final clearance section underground. You may fine something of a great value.

The staff on the floor are friendly and helpful. Came back today to pick up a held item. Spent 200 dollars on a resin artwork and the cashier had a frumpy face and bad attitude. There were 2 customers in the store..I felt like walking away from the purchase. We had to wrap up the purchase into the bag ourselves. Guess that was our first and last purchase from the store.

"Crappy products at high prices and a pain in the ass to deal with." Ordered a kitchen island which came with missing items & was designed by a dummy.
1.The kitchen island came without legs/had to wait another 2 weeks for their delivery.
2. The table top hung over half the length of the draws below. This not only made them difficult to use & access but they would FALL OUT when pulled open.
3. When back into the shop again. Hoped to have tracks installed to support/hold the drawers in place. To my surprise, they remedied the problem by hammering a few nails into the back of each drawer, to act as stoppers. Clever maybe but not the work of a professional carpenter.
4. Guess what happened next? The process of hammering in the nails split the wood in 2 out of the 3 drawers and I had to go back for a third time to get them replaced.
If this is was "artisan" products look like, you'll find me in Ikea.

Quite expensive for what it is considering other places I've seen sell the exact same chairs for less than a 1/4 of the price. The somewhat unfriendly man I bought my table from decided the foreign girl by herself who just spent almost $200 there didn't deserve the wifi password to order an uber home with the furniture, and walking to Starbucks would be more appropriate. Cheers for that mate.
