Jayashree Goswami fails to mention that she was rude and came in with her husband who was abusive to staff. She bragged that she and her husband were lawyers and that the staff were nothing and "no wonder you work for commission". Goswami also fails to mention that her husband grabbed a pillow from the sales rep and tried to walk out of the store with the pillow without paying for it and then accused the staff of being racist. This woman is a piece of work.

Worst experience in 38 years!!
This is the worst customer service experience I have had in 38 years of my life. We asked for a designer (Monica) to come out to our house to select bar stools, chairs and an ottoman. On delivery the kitchen chairs were incorrect. The reason we were replacing the bar stools were that we have a small child and we wanted to get rid of the fabric in our house. The leather that the designer picked marked easily and absorbed fingerprints and looked horrible by the end of one week. They sent out their Manger (Simone) that said the leather was in good standards and there was nothing they could do for me. I complained to corporate about the dealings not only from a product perspective but also customer service perspective. It took over three weeks for them to reply to me only to tell me that my information was incorrect and they also wouldn’t help correct the order. I am still waiting for them as it is now end of May and they were ordered in November. I asked for a refund given all this frustration, when they told me that there would be a 35 percent restocking fee... Spend your money else where as you won't get either quality or customer service.

Perhaps this is premature because I have not received my order yet, however, I want to mention that I have never had such good service from the salesperson/designer who helped me. She was polite, patient and actually drew 2 designs so I would have a better idea with what I was struggling with in the living room of our new scaled-down house.

We got most of our furniture from here and they were mostly good. Some of the sofas and armchairs had upholstery problems but they replaced them for us (we had insurance). I really like this place, they're always modern and up to date but honestly, some of the prices are overpriced.

I am not pleased with the honesty of the sales person. All she was interested in was to force sell in order to make her commission fast. First she sold me the sofa, and after getting me to sign the bill days later I found out that they have a service to come to your house to measure etc... to ensure what they sell you is right because they say that they are designers ... and that is why one's own designer doesn't get commission from them. So I was sucked into that sofa and a chair that was ways too small for the sofa. It looked horrible together. She then emailed me photos of other chairs much bigger telling me that the chair she was suggesting in the email was the right proportionate for my sofa. Meanwhile I am stuck with the other one she sold me. Also I asked her according to another sofa on the floor if my sofa was going to look like that "creased" etc... "Oh no she said, this sofa is a return" ... when I got my sofa it had exactly that problem. I had told her I want indoor outdoor fabric so that I can wash it easily, and it turned out that when you take off the case off the cushions, your house ends up in feathers everywhere...just uncontrollable not forgetting to mention that feathers keep coming out through the fabric. THE WORST PART ...when I called my sales girl Christina to explain what was going on, clearly she has no gain in helping me cause she already has her commission, she started defending herself, cutting me off and not let me finish talking, twisting my words ...... UNBELIEVABLE for a store that charges so much , one would not only expect that they stand behind their product , but to be so rude. Her last words were "all I can do is send a technician to your house to see and take photos and then she hung up. UNREAL. I have no doubt that she will tell her manager all sorts of lies to protect herself... that is if the manager doesn't back her up to keep face in front of her own superior vs. calling the customer and dealing with it. I will never buy from them ever again. Do not sign anything unless you are sure ALL is right with what your are about to purchase... They don't care.
