Terrible delivery service. Didn't take boxes, got floors and carpets dirty. The furniture is okay quality but the front desk guy also has a very thick accent that is hard to understand. Only thing I would commend them on is quick delivery. Bad everything else tho. Wouldn't shop here again.

OMG! The service! We left laughing historically we weren't sure if we were getting ripped off or if they were so desperate for business! The items they sell are OK in my professional opinion outdated but some people still like that look. But the sales guy had terrible attitude and when my family said they want to think about an item and do some measurements first, he was very pushy and insisted if we don't buy now he will never offer that deal again as well as comments like 'what, you don't have money now? Common! You don't have $100-200$ in your pockets!?' Which made us run for the door!

I have to say their management running this company very well, might not best location, but at least close to free way, kinda easy to find out, their designs are very impressive, bought few pieces from them, very reasonable price compare with others according this designs will mark up at very high price, I love their designs, and sales are kind of professional, answered all my questions, complete meet my sanctification

This review is about the store at 44 Dufflaw Rd, Toronto. I recently moved to a condo and shopping around for modern style furniture. This store impressed me by service, quality and price. Be sure to talk to Leike, a sale representative, since he is knowledgeable about the products and knows exactly what a customer's need. He helped me with the bed set and tables, and I am very satisfied with this experience since I can't get a better deal with the same quality in anywhere else!
