Very knowledgeable staff. Ive had a very rare issue with the hot water tank drain and the staff guided me accordingly. Been fighting this battle for about a year!

Good prices, their people are always willing to help. Now they have the 5 percent discount for contractors plus air miles. It's a shame they are leaving the Canadian competitors in the dust

It was a long wait to get someone to take my order but when I did get someone he was very helpful.

I come here a few times a week, I usually contract in the area and this is one of the closer home improvement stores. It's cleaner than the Home Depot, but I find they are more helpful at Home Depot.
The bad - the people that work here are absolutely terrible. Not everyone, but for the most part the bad attitude flows all the way down from upper management to the store employees.
The people working the service desk are just plain rude and all over the place. Read all the other reviews, not the only one saying this.
Suggestion to Lowes - clean house! Change up your management here. You have a great store, with good items, but a terrible set of staff to run the place.

Bad customer service front desk staff. Very rude and they judge you and don't show that they want to be any assistance to you. I had applied for a Lowe's card at another location. Was looking to purchase bathroom supplies glass doors shower base etc. So I went to front desk to ask for a temp card since it hasn't arrived in the mail. They asked me what kind of card I had. I said I didn't receive it yet. Kept asking me blue gold or platinum? I said I'm not sure. They rudely respond and said how do you not know what card you have? I said I only applied for a card. They said if you don't know what kind of card you have I'm going to have to go through so many pages...um? That's their job isn't it? Worst experience ever. Never shopping at this location again. This location recruits young employees that couldn't careless.
