For the price you pay for Urban Barn, you expect quality products and quality service. I bought 10 items in total - costing a few thousand dollars, so I expected all my items to arrive and in a professional manner. 2 items did not arrive at all, another was the wrong item (see the attached picture of chairs - I didn't want 3 different kinds of chairs!). Also, the moving company that delivers their merchandise is HORRENDOUS. They left us waiting around ALL DAY without at least giving us a three hour window as to when they would deliver as promised and without calling to tell us they were extremely late.
When the company arrived, they went to the wrong place (which is fine - it happens), but then they unloaded my thousands of dollars worth of purchases onto the STREET. Not even the sidewalk, where it would be safe from cars that would run it over, but in the middle of a narrow and busy street. I couldn't believe people would put a few thousands of dollars worth of merchandise in the middle of the street where it could be run over by a car like that. At this rate, I would have been better going to Ikea.

Stylo Furnitures is better, go there instead to get your stuff. They are cheaper, and have better quality

my experience at Urban Barn has always been excellent. The staff are helpful, kind and very customer service oriented. I love shopping there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst Service I have ever experienced. Bought an ottoman in store on August 24th, was told they would call me within 2 weeks when the ottoman arrived for pick up. I waited 4 weeks and no one ever called. I called the store to inquire and they said they couldn't do anything and that I had to call customer service. After to speaking to customer service they told me they found my order and were very sorry but it was not yet in stock and that it should arrive within 2-3 business days and that I would receive a call when it was in. Waited an additional week with no call, so I called them today to ask about the ottoman. Suddenly they can't find the order in the system at all, and on top of that they refuse to refund the charge and will only give store credit!! disgusting service from a poorly managed company.
