this company is unreliable. they kept me waiting 20 minutes and when i called, they told me there was no car in the area to get me. i asked them why they would not let me know.they said they called me, which was untrue.i called beck instead and 5 minutes later was on my way. i would never call this company again

Last night, I lost my phone and I tried to get in touch with someone from Diamond Taxi in order to retrieve some information.
I called to ask if they can track down the driver. It has been more than 24 hours and the cab driver apparently still hasn't returned the call to see if there were any phones left behind.
Probably the worst service I've ever received from a lady on the phone. Who ever is working the shift tonight is extremely rude, and does not care about customers.

The worst taxi service I had in my life. Zero safety, driver was like crazy.Cut off another cars. Did not check mirror before changed the line and made accident. In pursuit of money, they forget that they carry people and not potatoes.

I started driving cab with this company 30 years ago Diamond Taxi is always special for me I call it mother of cab business in Toronto, used to be the greatest cab company in Toronto I hope it always stays the greatest

If there was an option to give it 0 stars I would.
Called at this terrible company at 5:20 am and explained I am going far from my house and going to work (Scarborough to St Andrews station downtown Toronto). Everything was fine and said he was on the way. So I go downstairs and end up waiting 25 minutes and can't get through so I call another company because I cannot wait any longer at this point I'm running late. I call crown and he arrives within 1 min and we go on our way. 10 minutes into being in the crown cab the other Company diamond finally calls back saying he is going to be there in 1 minute. At this point I'm upset and feel my time has been wasted, I explain to her that they took way too long and that I called someone else, she started giving me attitude asking me what my problem was in a Loud voice, she then started saying how it doesn't matter because she is calling me now. I then explained thay you cannot just have someone waiting around for a total of 35 min when they have to go to work and they knew that. No one called me to let me know how long it would actually take. I will never take this company again. I always take uber and didn't have money in account this day so I went with a cab company. Big mistake. Thanks for wasting my time.
