Dr Banerjee is incredible, as well as the other staff! They've been incredibly compassionate and caring through some really heartbreaking times, and remain to be helpful and insightful each time I come in. Dr Banerjee is great at asking what you are comfortable with and keeps affordability in mind. I am very happy with this clinic.

They really know what they're talking about, even with our bunnies! It's hard to find a vet that will see sick rabbits, and I've had nothing but good experiences with knowledgeable staff there. Some people find it difficult to listen to the experts when the experts disagree with their own pre-formed opinions (sometimes dangerously off-base ones), but I know I can trust these people with my furbabies always.
They really know what they're talking about, even with our bunnies! It's hard to find a vet that will see sick rabbits, and I've had nothing but good experiences with knowledgeable staff there. Some people find it difficult to listen to the experts when the experts disagree with their own pre-formed opinions (sometimes dangerously off-base ones), but I know I can trust these people with my furbabies always.

My most recent visit with this vet is about as impressive as it was when I first took my dog here in 2007. And it'll be the same reason I pull my rat out of it just like I did my dog. They do hit you with completely unnecessary tests. You don't even realize you're being charged for it until you leave. They still charged for an exam they couldn't complete since my rat was too aggressive, and when they said a poop test would be done I didn't realize the price she mentioned wasn't a part of the quoted cost. Also, why was it done?
I came back because the THS recommended it for exotic pets but my old vet from the East end was never this greedy. They didn't seem competent with their knowledge of rat behaviour. I was mortified when the doctor mentioned euthenizing as a first option. Any good rat owner can tell you it's primarily hormones (Hence his neuter booking).They're nice, yes. But I don't feel confident with them at all.

They are so wonderful to my Guinea pig! Doctor B helped my 6.5 year old piggy pass a huge bladder stone. They couldn't figure out what was wrong at another clinic so I brought her here as they deal with her ovarian cysts. I'm always impressed with the vet techs and how thorough they are.

This has been a huge money grab for my family and I. Unnecessary procedures are recommended to you without them even being needed. Switched vets and received better care for my dog immediately. At High Park I spent ample time explaining I didn't believe his allergies were a result of my dog's arthritis pain. After an additional x-ray was recommended, I decided to move on elsewhere as my concerns weren't being taken seriously. Now my dog is on allergy medication, allergy shampoo, and a brand new food all provided by the new vet and is doing great. No x-ray necessary, was not connected to his arthritis at all. Go elsewhere if you want a vet who will explain things to you properly, not just tell you what you should have done that will cost additional money for you. New vet spent 45 minutes explaining allergies to me, their causes, all the types of treatments, and checked him thoroughly.
