If you like your pets healthy this might be the place for you!
Dr. Heffernan always looking out for you animals welfare. On odd days 'pre holiday' for example if your pet is having a situation you can count on Dr. Heffernan while other vets have to go golfing or something. Excellent service!

Their record keeping is abysmal. Advised us they couldn't take our dogs because we had not been there since 2011 - dead wrong - stupid. To keep your dogs healthy you need for your Vet to keep accurate records - not the case at Bayview Animal Hospital, Toronto.

We have been going to Dr. Heffernan for over 16 years. During that time is has taken care of over a dozen of our cats, some feral and some strays. In each case he treated each cat with compassion and caring through many traumas and illnesses. I couldn't even imagine taking my cats to anyone else.

Dr. Heffernan is a wonderful vet. He was so good with our cat. I would highly recommend him.
