The vets and staff are incredibly warm and like family, very much part of the community. A long term relationship I value and trust - as a Prof at OCAD and artist, I feel totally safe with their care. My cats have gone to Dundas Euclid over their entire long lives - including diabetes in the case of my beloved Funnyface - and Meemo who is now nearing 20 years of age.

Was not happy with the quality of customer service they provided. They did not follow up with us when they said they were going to which is unacceptable when your pets life could potentially be in danger. I wouldn't trust them again as when we called with an emergency and asked to speak to a vet a few minutes before they closed , the vet wouldn't speak to us even though he was right there and told the receptionist to tell us to bring our pet to emergency. They did not take our concerns about our animal seriously and we felt abandoned by them. Am giving two stars as we appreciated that the receptionist forwarded our pets file to us via email to give to emerge and they seemed to treat our pet okay when we were there.

They take good care of my dog and offer reasonable rates for service. Staff are friendly and compassionate.

Dr "B" has cared for my dog for the past 8 years---and all our experiences have been terrific! I wouldn't consider ever going any where other than Dundas Euclid. The staff are also very efficient and appear to take genuine interest in the wellbeing of the pets they serve. I give them my highest, unqualified recommendation.

I took my dog as an emergency because he couldn't even walk. They first told me to leave him that it wasn't an emergency and after 6 hours they called me to take him to the hospital to get a blood transfusion or he would die. I would never take my dog here again.
Also, one of their doctors didn't even finish reading the blood tests, giving us a false diagnostic. I had to call back asking for clarifications.
