Always a great experience at the Roncy Village Vet Clinic. The front desk staff is very friendly and attentive as well as all the Vet Techs and Doctors that I have dealt with. When there is an urgent matter with my Dog they always seem to fit us in and make sure we are well looked after. Highly recommend the Clinic!

Had my pup spayed here and they were great. Very informative, friendly, helpful. I found that their prices were significantly better than some of the other vets around town (from my conversations with other dog owners).

Amazing friendly staff who are dedicated in the care and well being of all animals. Love how staff follows up (by phone or email ) with any changes of care my dog has had making sure that he's ok.

Me and my cat were well taken care of while our visit. The staff was amazing while dealing with us and were very helpful. I was happy when all my questions were answered and also the extra information I was given. I recommend this vet to strongly.

I cannot say enough about the fantastic care my cats have received at Roncy Village Vet Clinic! I started bringing my cats to the clinic for their routine checkups when I was volunteering there a couple of years ago. I was impressed at the level of knowledge and excellent service that all the staff provided.
However, it's in the really tough times when it's most important to have a good vet. Clinic staff was amazing when two of my cats were exposed to lilies. The lily exposure happened at Easter; I learned of lily toxicity through the clinic's timely social media post about the issue. I got in touch with the clinic right away, they saw all three cats the next day, and we quickly figured out that two of my cats, Pearl and Rogue, had been exposed.
Clinic staff very thoughtfully explained the tests and treatment options, as well as the associated costs. Everyone was very supportive but also honest with me about potential risks. When I decided to hospitalize Pearl and Rogue on IV fluids, all three vets worked together to provide me with updates by phone every day. The clinic also accommodated my work schedule so I could visit my cats whenever I could.
I am very happy to say that because of early and effective treatment, Pearl and Rogue emerged from their ordeal with no kidney damage. Without treatment, they may have had kidney problems for life or could have died. Even though it was a scary time for me, I'm so grateful to have the best team on my side!
