i had a very strange experience there thge first time i went in. the attitude of staff was superior.i asked abouyut buds, they only had dab. it was very early in the dispensaries existence, so please, check it out. it mayt have gotten better. i shouldnt judge by one visit. but i felt quite "put down" by the staff. i'd like to hear othjers experiences.

My neighbour has been going here for a long time and needs her membership card replaced.its been a few months now. So each time she goes she asks and gets told they dont have ink. Yesterday I went with her and she asked again. The counter person(blonde girl) snapped back at her with "you ask every time you come here", "don't you think if we could get ink we would?" She had the attitude. We we polite. The staff member deflected by raising her voice and accusing us of being rude. A guy came from the back and began his speach with "we're not giving membership cards out right now... legislation...bla blah blah ...we can refuse to serve you."
Great thats all you had to say BTW
I was there looking to get a membership but with customer service like that you No Thanks!
Just say "I am sorry but we are not printing replacement cards or new membership cards because of..."
And not freak on your customers when they ask each visit to see if things are available.

Having known Don B, (manager) and his wares on Commercial Dr. wayyyy wayyy back at DaKine, I was quite happy to see that he has done it again, with the usual fine products and some wonderful staff. I have been a member since it opened, having a prescription for over 15 years now. Through the other 'clubs' that Vancouver has offered since VPMS, it is always good to find a dependable spot where you know you will be treated right, with so many edible & smokeable potables, you will agree that in a city where many 'pot clinics' now dominate every high street, remember, it is wise to take into account the experience of the folks that run all these places, as there now so many. Out of all of these 'clinics' I have cards to, I recommend VPMS for all your marijuana needs...Indeed, don't miss out on the Budder.

Great experience at the VPMS! Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and approachable! The Budder bar is something to not miss out on either!!
