Beautiful theatre. Like an art gallery as you enter, nice licenced lounge with floor to ceiling glass overlooking Emery Barnes Park. Big plush seats with the widest armrests. Good popcorn. VIFF year round so always interesting unique films. Manager really nice and accommodating. Lots of FREE screenings.
