I went to Crocodile Baby with my wife after several friends suggested them. I was surprised how enlightened we became after discussing their offerings. We bought the Stokke Xplory stroller because our baby will sit up nice and high which, according to the Crocodile people, will help our baby acquire language skills faster because he/she is much more involved in our conversations. We already knew from our research about a baby’s incredible learning capacity but this was a completely new way of seeing how a product interacts with a baby’s development.
We also got a completely organic mattress, available only at Crocodile Baby - others we have seen always seem to have plastic involved in the mattress somehow. My wife and I are both concerned about keeping plastic out of our baby’s life as much as we can. Then we bought a Canadian made crib that turns into a twin bed (no extra cost to us) - we were happy to find a Canadian crib because we don’t really trust what Chinese manufacturers put into furniture, and the extra cost is offset by the 15 years we are going to be able to use the crib/bed.
We were really impressed by the thought behind the choices Crocodile Baby has made to offer to us.

Great shop! The staff was really nice and helped my husband and I choose the perfect stroller and car seat for our baby! I was really happy with their customer service, and really needed the attention since I'm almost due and having some mobility trouble. And they sure did their homework, they could answer everything we asked!
I was also happy with the prices, somethings were cheaper other were more expensive but at the end it was what I expected to spend, specially because I like to shop locally and support the local business!

After feeling unsatisfied at several other stores, we followed our friends suggestions to go to Crocodile Baby store. When we arrived at Crocodile, we could immediately see why our friends spoke so highly of this store. Their knowledge is unbelievable. The staff is extremely helpful, KIND, and knowledgeable. We bouht our car seat and a CERTIFIED car seat inspector helped us put it in properly. They saved us the 3 hours it would have taken figuring out the manual.
As I said we went to other stores, but Crocodile Baby has the SAME PRICE for the good stuff we wanted to buy, but all the extra customer service was included for free. This the best place to buy everything for your baby.

I would give this store a negative star if I could. First of all, they do not have a return policy (at this day and age?). Only exchange or store credit within 10 days.
Their 10% gift registry buy-back is a joke since it doesn’t include any worthwhile items like strollers or cribs etc.
On top of that they don’t even honour their own prices that they listed and just blame it on a overall computer glitch!! They cancel my online order right away because they list the price wrong and then tell their customer they reserve the right to ‘adjust their prices’ as they see fit. What kind of consumer would buy from this store at this day and age? I get that they might have made a mistake and can’t sell at that low cost but at least offer the customer a better deal than a meager 2% discount!! You know you can do better than that! What a joke!!!
This place is expensive and perhaps give relatively good customer service (they say they have been a favourite for 18 years!!) but you can find better deals and better customer services with their competitors if you have a smart phone and know how to use google. That’s just my 2 cents.

We were 6 months in pregnancy when we started to shop for babies stuff. After visiting around 40 stores from Toronto to San Francisco we decided to go to Crocodile Baby for the stroller. I have to say, the reason we came there was due to the outstanding service and knowledge from their employees that we got. We were picking up the stroller, we met the owners Jerry and Kristina. Amazing, lovely and honest people. That's what made us comfortable on completing the full list with them. From that day to pick-up/installation day, we never had a doubt that we made that choice. The best service we ever experienced, and the most important for the first time being a parent, the knowledge and comfort we got from them. 10+ ********** highly recommend. Will be back over and over.
