Got an executive suite. Has a kitchen, living room, bedroom. Located right at city area, chinese food around. Very accessible to harbour for whale watching activity. No aircon though but since the weather is cool, and fan is provided, so it's still ok. No elevator and we stay at 3rd level. Bedroom has one queen bed only, living room has sofa bed and TV.

Great room size, no A/C :( but the room already came with a fan! Great Location, about 20min walk to both Stanley park and Canada place.

Horrible experience, reserved this hotel room 1 month ago with Expedia. Arrived at Greenbrier Hotel, I had the money for the room and $200 damage deposit. Would accept payment for the room but wouldn't accept $200 cash damage deposit.. Wanted to talk to her manager which by coincidence isn't available. Waited 3 hours and seen numerous other unsatisfied customers leaving the hotel. Receptionist blamed the issue on Expedia not providing proper information on their website.. AVOID this hotel! We called Best Western, told them our situation and they gave us a room within an hour! And accepted our cash $200 deposit!
