I came into the branch to simply renew my insurance on the day it had expired. When going through the process it showed i had a Bridge Toll (TREO) owing, which i had paid 7 days earlier. So I provided the agent my receipt # to get through that step. For some reason he could not figure out how to bypass the prompt even though I'd already paid the toll and had given him the receipt/ invoice # and specific amount paid (not to mention that he seemed annoyed that i was even there on a Sunday morning).... so i had to waste $40 buying a One day insurance pass just drive my car for the day, as it was Sunday and he couldn't call Treo directly to do this manually over the phone. NEXT day i went to another insurance company and went through the exact same process, gave the agent my invoice # and it went through seamlessly, no need to call anyone or take any further steps.... got my insurance renewed within minutes. I don't how one Insurance broker was able to do this so quickly and effortlessly, and with Insure BC it was made out to be such a process and cost me extra money.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please ask for ADAM who is extremely knowledgeable. He gave us plenty details about different options in the insurance policy. He went extra mile making sure we know what we are getting and for how much $$.

DO NOT waste your time coming here! I called ahead to see if I would need my car with me to get my registration transferred over from Alberta to BC. On the phone they told me that they could do it without the car present, no problem. I arrived 20 minutes later, with all my paperwork, and they refused to transfer my registration because I did not bring my car with me. I am so unimpressed with companies that waste my time like this after I deliberately do all that I can to avoid situations like these. I won't be wasting my precious time with this company again, and you shouldn't waste yours.

I came in here in hopes of getting some insurance for a small business I just started. The staff did not seem very knowledgeable or social. I gave them the information they said they required and communicated with them via email after my visit and they never got back to me or found anything for me. Obviously they do not value business. Would not recommend them.
