I was completely satisfied with the excellent service I received from Intact insurance. We made a claim for Loss of Revenue, due to the BC Wildfires, when our employees and customers were forced to evacuate for 2 weeks. Intact insurance and their contracted accounting firm were extremely professional and fair.

After a recent flood in our house, Intact and their contractors repaired all the damage quickly and to our complete satisfaction. From the first telephone call to the end of the job everyone we dealt with was efficient and respectful.

Have all my non basic ICBC coverage for my bike through Intact. Couple of months I was in an accident with my motorcycle. Intact was very quick to process the claim, and had excellent support all the way through including settlement since the bike was a write off. Rates are much better than ICBCs collision and comprehensive and I'd much rather deal with Intact for the reasons above

Intact insurance helped me with my vehicle claim for a broken windshield and repairs on the driver's side due to a break in. I was able to have my vehicle repaired not long after calling in to make a claim. The representative made sure I understood the claims process and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and was very easy to talk to. The claims process was quick and easy! Not often you would say that about an insurance claim.
