Incredibly rude. I went to renew my insurance here and the receptionist was awful. I asked if they did car insurance and she literally laughed and told me they don't take walk ins.
She asked if I worked around their office, not that it is any of her concern, to which I said yes. She said they have one private broker and she would see if she could see me.
The receptionist proceeded to call the broker right in front of me and said "There is a walk in....I know...." and proceeded to laugh. By the time she asked me if I wanted to come back I had Googled a different place. There are a lot of insurance options out there and the way the receptionist treated me was extremely rude.
