I was contemplating purchasing a car and went in with a few options. They provided me with price competitive quotes for each one, answering any questions I had. Extremely helpful, patient and competent. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone in the area.

After supporting this local business for years, I will no longer. After going out of my way to re-insure my vehicle here (yet again), I politely asked to use the washroom before I left. After they happily took my business & my money, (the manager/owner)-- behaved like I had no business using their 'non-public' washroom because " they had problems in the past."
Subsequently there is now a problem in the present: loss of a ten-year standing client & the referrals over the years.
(If your business relies on customer loyalty, I would re-consider this ridiculous policy for your clients-- especially when they are dressed in business clothing & handing you their money.)
