Other than the facilities being kept fairly neat and clean, the staff here are horrible regarding issues and payments. I was a member here for a year and within that time they tried countless scams on me. Each time it took a TON of time to try to discuss matters with them, they kept referring me to talk to the manager after their other staff wasted 30 minutes of my time. I'd set up appointments and schedule calls with the "manager", and I'd be canceled on without notice or never hear back. I will never be a member with this gym now after this horrid treatment and service.

Only been once so far, but it seems great. The staff are friendly and helpful, prices are really good!

Don't listen to any bad reviews. There is nothing wrong with this gym, it's excellent by my standards and immaculately clean. The equipment is well kept and the staff are friendly, never have had any issues and they always say hello and goodbye politely no matter what. If you're too
stuck up to use "older" equipment but sorry I have I have no words for you. Older equipment or not they all do the same thing and all work perfectly fine. Will be attending this gym as long as I live in Vancouver which will be forever. Price is excellent too if you don't want classes and are self sufficient in the gym. Oh and NO MEN... couldn't ask for anything else. You can find me working out at this location getting gains off the "old machines" while the haters sit on google writing false reviews!

Being on vacation in Canada, I wanted to keep working out and Goodlife Fitness made that possible in a great way! With the 14 day/14$ deal I could easily get a few workouts in without paying high drop-in fees each single time. Great!
I found all staff to be very welcoming and friendly, even though Im only a short time customer and there's not much money to earn with me.
The classes were great, the instructors motivating and professional. Since Im used to the Les Mills classes from home, I could take my usual classes without much adjusting needed even when visiting another country, which was nice.
The space was clean and all the equipment working and up to date.
I'll definitely come back on my next vacation!

I'm giving this location a -1 star as the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I am moving out of province and needed to cancel my membership. I called ahead and asked a front desk person how to do this, they told me to come into the facility and cancel by the following day as it would be within the 30 day minimum amount of time to do so. I did just this, but was still charged my membership fee the following month. After talking to the manager, head office and other staff members, the issue was not rectified and I was faced with rude comments on all ends. I would recommend going to ANY OTHER gym besides this one. The facility is adequate, but the customer service is terrible if you ever want out.
