We went in for coffee and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The place was crowded at about 4 pm but it was still very welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They brought over our drinks (which is not that big a deal but I felt special). My friend and I had cookies there and they warmed it up too. Great place for a date, studying or catching up with friends or having a chill work meeting. Parking by the place was good as well (2 hour street parking).

If you like something closer to the urbanized setting in the Kingsway area, this is a nice pick. The street parking isn't too packed when I visited. Best of all, it's free.
Alcohol: Yes, they're licensed to serve drinks here. I can't suggest anything because I drink coffee not alcohol, but it's available for you if you like one after work.
It's got some sandwiches and pastries - pretty simple things.
Coffee: They have the basics - espressos and the like. If you're looking for more artisan types, you might want to look elsewhere.

An awesome corner of Kingsway. Coffee, tea and booze, and a super personable owner. The vibe here is great: spacious, good tunes, good lighting, modern and comfy decor. A good place for meetings, be by yourself, or chat up with laptopers. It's always pleasant whenever I visit here.

The space is beautiful. It services the area so well as there are no other coffee shops. Great place to bring friends and have a good cup of coffee and some good eats while getting some serious work done!

Rode our Motorcycles up for the day from Seattle and discovered this place. Awesome combination of coffee, teas, wine, and the start of a local market for artisan goods produced locally in Vancouver.
This just in; they're having a stand up comedy event on July 28th. In a growing neighborhood this place is positioned great.
We found street parking right out front but I hear there is a lot around the corner.
