The best leather worker in the TV and film industry works here with an unbelievably talented prop maker.
My friend does the leatherwork.
Visited his shop, did some SCA fighting, cut my leg open and got three staples.
5/5 would visit again.

This is a wonderful, amazing place. The building is full of artists, from cabinetmakers to sculptors, painters, shoemakers, garment designers and jewellers. There are shows here occasionally, the best of which is the East Side Culture Crawl in November when all the studios are open.

Very trendy and artistic community. They sometimes have special events for public viewing of art inside the building; refreshment and appetizers being served and enjoying the diverse musical talents as well. Also nice to converse with diverse artists.
