Hard to get resos here if you're looking to get them the same day as they're not open nor staffed until 5pm. Call a day ahead at least! Service is generally quick, good selection and good price.

Terrible service. Tipped less because of terrible service. Staff physically blocked us from leaving and demanded that we tip at least 10%.
Terrified my group. We paid the extortion fee. We are never coming back.

Food was good but not enough. We are used to other hotpot places where if you order 2 or 3 portions, you get significant amount of food.
This was not the case for the fatty Cow.
In the end we lost the appetite with all the waiting and the frustration of trying to find the very small and very few pieces of meat that they gave us.

It was delicious. I left there really "fatty" lol but I'm a good way. My friends and I made reservations because it does get busy. The food was fresh, my only issue was not being told about the additional cost for some of the side dishes. If I had known I wouldn't have ordered some of them. But other than that it was quite tasty.
