Went for dim sum. Good selection at lower than average prices. A few years ago they had the lowest prices but now they are very busy so prices went up. Need to hire more servers...its slow

Look at the photos. Price was unbelievable. This restaurant has dimsum as well. If you are a person who doesn't need fancy decor, and loves value, put King's on your list. We've come here with family and friends on a few occasions and it's been solid every time.

We had the king crab here. Cheapest place in all of Vancouver for it. Preorder first a day before and they'll order it fresh. It was amazing! Best king crab Ive eaten

Good selection of tasty Chinese cuisine for both dim sum and dinner.
They get to know their regular customers and seem to have a reliable base. They always seem to be busy at the usual times.
According to my mother, they have the best deal on Alaskan king crab in town.
The decor leaves a little to be desired but I'm not here because of the ambience. The bathrooms are absolutely terrifying! Not because they're excessively dirty but because of its location. They're downstairs and they make you feel like you're in the middle of a horror movie. I can hear the eerie music in my head everytime I need to go down there.

Came here with a friend for dim sum. When our first dish arrived I asked for some chili sauce. I continued to request it five or six more times over the course of our meal, when finally the bill came and no chili sauce in sight. Meanwhile I noticed other tables were receiving it. Not sure what I did to deserve this, I was polite and friendly the entire time!
Normally I would give this place three stars. The food is good bang for your buck and mostly pretty tasty. It is however pretty run down and feels grimy inside. Normally I don't mind those things if the food is awesome.
With loads of dim sum options in Vancouver and Richmond I can safely say I am never going back here based on the terrible customer service.
