Tasty Shanghainese food, especially xiao long bao. Reservations recommended as it can get busy but we usually go for takeout so we can skip the wait.

Heard the owner/ server opening complaint about client not giving tips. There are a bunch of people still eating at the resturant and a table of customers left without eating because the owner and server are still bitching about it. VERY unprofessional and NOT acceptable at all. Will NEVER come back to this place due to POOR customer service.

The steamed dumplings (xiaolongbao) were very squishy and full of soup. The moment you bit into one, all of the soup from the inside of the dumpling oozes out to your waiting taste buds. It was AMAZING. You can't imagine how well they make the food! Definitely better than Ding Thai Fong.

Terrible service! Had dinner there with friend, the server said they only take cash now. Fine. We stayed and the server brought wrong dish for us first, we finished other dishes and waited for them to bring the correct main dish. Food was just okay. We had eaten in other Chinese restaurants before, they normally take cards no matter what, and if they do take cash which means they most likely are not going to report it, in that case, we normally don't tip them cause they already included tax in the bill. So we rounded up the bill and didn't give extra tip. And plus we were not happy with the service either, the service was bad anyways. Then we left and walked toward the parking. Then we heard someone was yelling behind us after we were already like 150m away from the restaurant. The waitress basically ran to us and started accusing us for not giving tips. We were speechless and didn't bother to argue, and just gave her what she asked for. Definitely worst service and attitude ever. Should never go there to eat just FYI!

Worst experience of service in Vancouver. I've never received such horrible service in Vancouver before. I'm utterly shocked how they can still operate this restaurant with this type of service. The attitude given by the waitress was so ridiculously that it was truly laughable. People around the restaurant also noticed how she was terribly rude-throwing the dishes on the table, leaving in the middle of writing our order, (no joke) literally yelling at us and people on the phone, scolding us to tell our friend not to come to restaurant if she was going to be late.
Kept trying to kick us out. It was extremely stressful eating here. THE FOOD is definitely not worth the stress! If you are looking for Chinese food, there are much much better places in Vancouver. Save yourself the stress and trip. Oh they also don't care if you want to eat at their restaurant or not. They truly don't give af.
