The chicken is so juicy and savoury. It was packed when we got there and packed when we left. Customers had no problem waiting 40 minutes for their chicken.

Food comes out fast and good quality. You can always add more sauce if you want, and the chicken is always juicy and tender.

We like Nandos, .....especially in London... I think the chicken are precooked and reheated here. The hostess seating/self order/full food service / self serve drinks system doesn't work here. It is confusing and slow. Love the spice. The chicken needs to be properly grilled and not reheated. Unfortunately it is the only Nandos in Vancouver Westside.

We have been a regular take-out customers. Their food is great although my family thinks the one downtown makes better fries than this location. Today's comment is about their service. We ate inside today and my conclusion is that they gotta decide whether they are a full-serve restaurant or self-serve. Four of us went and we sat at a table. The server brought menu, and said we had to go to the counter to order, which is fine.She said if we wanted water and we all wanted water. She brought three glasses of water and never came back. I had to go to the counter to get another water. Our food came, and we didn't have cutlery. I asked another server, and she brought TWO pairs of cutlery and said all the cutlery was at this other counter. Okay she can tell us we have to get our cutlery ourselves but she didn't have to be mean by sarcastically bringing just two sets for four people. I had to go get two more sets. The whole thing was weird and not good service at all. Just decide whether you are a full-serve or self-serve rather than a bad version of both.
