Spicy peanut pho... AMAZING. Service is fast and the people and are so kind. Never had my order messed up and never had cold food. Only thing I'd say is a little bad was that their tables are often dirty when I sit down, but they always come and clean them off for me as soon as I sit. Even get free pop sometimes.

I'm a regular customer here and it's seriously going downhill. The restaurant was either sold it passed on to family. Mostly kids work here now and they are just learning how to serve and honestly are just so terrible. The food used to be really good but lately the #23 peanut sate used to be really good but now it's eatery with browning bean sprouts. Hi somewhere else.

I would have to say this is my most favourite Vietnamese restaurant in the entire city! My mom and I have lunch dates together around Vancouver, but this has to be the most flavourful, clean tasting (without MSG and other ick!), beautiful ambiance, and inexpensive. In fact, plates are loaded up with vibrant colours and cooked to perfection. Especially the Lemongrass Chicken. Holy smokes, nothing like how I've had around the city. Same with the Spring Rolls. THE BEST. BEST BEST!!! Try this spot out. You won't regret it!
